Hetalia Fighting Game Finally Attempted?

I may have found the solution.

M.U.G.E.N.

This is a free and downloadable fully customize-able 2D fighting game. You can customize everything from the game play to the characters. Even the title screen and layout. You can even edit it to be able to select as much characters as you want and I think you can even add story modes and unlock-able things.

So perhaps this could be everyone's long lost need for a Hetalia fighting game. 

There is one problem though,

This game is very confusing to me and I don't really know how this works, So if I were to make this dream come true, I would need people to help me work on the programming and such. Preferably someone who knows a fair bit about this games mechanics. Also I'm not exactly what you call good at spriteing either, but I know how to work Photoshop and such decently, and am most likely able to rip sprites from something.

However, I don't want to resort to using someone else's work. I have however come up with another option.

I downloaded a Miku Hastune character to use in M.U.G.E.N., and she was made by posing and taking pictures in the 3D modeling program, Miku Miku Dance. She actually looks really good and I think that will be something easier then spriteing the Hetalia Characters from scratch, and It is also something I would be able to do a lot more then drawing them by hand. 

So If I can make the sprites, then I need someone to program them for me into working characters.

Also again, a lot of spriteing is still needed for the heath bars and such.

I picture that we can make our own working custom Character Select screen, title screen, health bars, story line, etc.

But this is far beyond my power. All I can do is draw and spend 5 days on a crappy gift in Photoshop. 

If you are willing to help me, please note me and tell me what job you are capable of doing. I will need the following to start with and I will update as more issues that need help with occour.

Animator/Programmer

Spriter

Sound and music editor

Someone who knows how M.U.G.E.N. works

Writers and screenplay ideas

Additional Artists if I can't handle the art load
